Hwy105 is simply how we refer to our private parties held exclusively for our friends.  This is not a CLUB or BUSINESS venture, just a party like any other.  We are located North of OKC just off I-35.  All events are held in a private residence and are BYOB.  This is a non-smoking house.  Please no smoking except in the designated area.  Party size is controlled to allow for our guests enjoyment.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 large living areas, a conversation room, 2 kitchen areas for food and drink preparation and an indoor hot tub that seats 4.  There are a couple of areas that will be marked private.  Please respect the hosts' wishes and do not enter these areas.

There are 2 small dance floors with a pole in each for the ladies or the adventurous gentleman. 

The parties are for adults and adult activities may be present.  All rooms are available for your pleasure.  Even though we do not promote sexual activity it may occur.  If you are offended by any sexual behavior, then this is probably not the right place for you.  You will be asked at the door prior to entry, to sign a release that you are not offended by nudity and sexual activity.  You must bring your picture ID matching the name you submitted for the guest list.  You must be at least 21 years old.  No illegal drugs or illegal activities will be tolerated.

We will have theme parties.  It is not necessary to dress for the theme, but those who do usually have more fun.
